Ah, holiday mayhem.
If only it was like a sitcom and I could somehow be in multiple places at once...only without the dimension destroying paradoxes or the embarrassing 'evil' clone situations.
Especially since there's no way that my evil clone would be convinced to spend time with family or at work. He'd be on my computer all week pwning n00bs and somehow making a financial gain from it all.
If only I could harness my own potential for evil for my own evil gains.

Sympatico sucks, but I still think Rogers sucked more. See, at least when Sympatico fucks up, they agree that they did, say sorry, and then give you a fancy ticket number so that you can get credited for the downtime. Even then, the downtime is just slow-ass-whygodwhy-agony-dialup speed as opposed to zero internet at all (also known as End Of The World).
Normally I'll be downloading a dozen things, streaming some shoutcast/podcast, surfing, chatting, and playing Warcraft or some HL2DM all at the same time...but for the next week I can do one of those at a time. If the WoW patch is a big one, I won't even be able to do that.
So, deprived of almost all forms of entertainment and new media, I have gone insane.
Normally I'll be downloading a dozen things, streaming some shoutcast/podcast, surfing, chatting, and playing Warcraft or some HL2DM all at the same time...but for the next week I can do one of those at a time. If the WoW patch is a big one, I won't even be able to do that.

Cool!
Level 13 now with my rogue on Dark Iron. I'm actually finding some content I haven't already played eight thousand times with the Darkmoon Faire as I haven't been there with a lowbie yet. The quest, ofcourse, sends me cross-continent :P I should be able to get level 20+ this weekend...I hope. The lack of combo abilities from talents make combat feel soooo sloooooow.
I was watching Shuffle! with Caitlin. We got to episode 10...which is really the last happy-go-lucky episode before several characters almost die, and the rest go literally insane. Its an anime based on a hentai game, so I guess it was to be expected. Bleach is new this week and I'm downloading it now...its probably done, actually, and I have to wait 7 more hours to watch it...argh....
Think I can summon the ambition to learn Japanese just so that I can read manga and watch anime raw? I'm sure I could if I was paid to do it...otherwise its just to easy not to do it :P
