Bush to world:
"The best way to protect our people is to stay on the offensive. Stay on the offensive overseas and stay on the offensive at home."
If I was a real artist, I'd draw a charicature of Bush, blindfolded (by a U.S. flag), holding a handful of darts (labled "Justice"), and blindly aiming one at a group of world leaders, all of whom are ducking and covering their heads. Except for Osama who is standing in the middle pointing and laughing at Saddam who got a dart in the ass.
